• Bespoke and licensed training programs

• Individual and group restorative clinical supervision

• Individual and organisational consulting

• Career advancement and development workshops and training programs

• Consulting services for healthcare professionals and organisations

• Online courses focusing on personal and professional development in healthcare

• Provision of private clinical care (clients have a contract of care in addition to these terms and services)

Whilst there is an element of clinical learning and guidance, information is intended for health care professionals, and individuals using our services are responsible, accountable, and legally liable for their own actions or omissions that may result in risk of or actual harm to self or others.

Payment and Refunds

Payment for services provided by Intrepid Professional Development shall be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase and prices are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made within 24 hours of making a booking, or immediately if booking is within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Intrepid Professional Development. In cases of unavoidable or extenuating circumstances, appointments can be rescheduled however non-attendance with no communication forfeits the right of rescheduling unless discussed and agreed upon due to the inability to fill that appointment at late notice. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Site along with the linked podcast Site, including but not limited to text, documents, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of Intrepid Professional Development or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

Course/Site Registration

Features of the Site may require you to register for a training or access account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Confidentiality

In the course of providing services, Intrepid Professional Development may have access to confidential information belonging to clients. We will maintain the confidentiality of such information and will not disclose it to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law, including legal obligations owing to AHPRA and NMC registration and mandatory reporting requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrepid Professional Development shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or services provided by Intrepid Professional Development.

Professionalism and Discrimination

It is expected that professional boundaries will be maintained inclusive of professional behaviour required by health care professionals both registered and unregistered. Communication of all formats including written, digital, social, video, and verbal, is expected to be of a professional quality and disputes will be addressed in the same professional manner.

Discrimination is an illegal act and will acted on should this arise in this service including but not limited to any form of discrimination due to any protective characteristics or otherwise, such as age, race, gender, country of origin, sexual orientation, disability, or anything else that is discriminatory in nature.
