Career Coaching Support

  • Develop an outstanding resume/curriculum vitae that is professional and reflects your unique skill set in response to your desired role.

  • Access professional coaching and support to prepare for and apply for jobs and promotions including statement of suitability, key performance criteria, and cover letters.

  • Develop a deeper understanding of your unique skills and qualities through a skill assessment. Use this to identify gaps and co-create a comprehensive professional development plan ready for your next appraisal or pay review.

Education and Training

  • Investing in building a cohesive team and a responsive organisation, tailored workshops aim to reduce burnout, increase interdependence/collaboration, and create a safe environment for learning and quality improvement. Using co-creation and appreciative inquiry, transformation workshops are designed based on pre-assessment findings to meet the needs of both the organisation and the team. Workshops vary in length and participant group size, and include pre/post assessments, review, and recommendations.

  • Utilising co-creation principles and appreciative inquiry, targeted SWOT analysis and action planning workshops place your team at the core of the quality improvement equation. Through guided support your teams are able to identify their own goals and align them with organisational goals and targets, and supports them engaging in the process and ownership of quality improvement.

  • Resilience has become an “avoidant” word amongst clinical healthcare professionals. HeartMath explores the physiological and emotional science of resilience, and provides insight, strategies, and tools that improve wellbeing, reduce burnout, and improve critical decision-making.

Professional Nurse Advocacy

  • Access non-managerial support to reduce or mitigate stress and burnout in your role as a healthcare provider. This service offers a psychologically safe space to explore your practice and experiences, the impact of your role on your wellbeing and emotions, and explore ways forward. This can be on an individual basis or as a group, and is ideal as both an acute and ongoing tool for professional support and development.

  • Using a proactive approach, you are supported through the appraisal preparation process. This will ensure that your appraisal is effective in ensuring your contributions are recognised, support for your development is in place, and that your progression plan is clearly articulated.

  • Access (non-legal) support that is psychologically safe, to explore these processes and to have individual support in achieving your objectives. This can be an anxious time and you needn’t do it alone.
